An escape room is an adventure game in which players are "locked" in a room and have to use elements of the room to solve a series of puzzles and escape within a set time limit. The games are physical versions of "escape the room" video games.
Am I really locked in a room?
While you are not really locked in the room ( no doors are locked). You work as a team to complete a mission.
What if I have to use the bathroom?
Since you are not really locked in the room, you can leave the room. The clock does not stop when a team member leaves the room. The best thing to do is use the restroom before starting the game.
What if I get there late?
Please call ahead (706) 258-3803 to let us know that you are running late. If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late, we will have to start the game without you. If there is availability on the next game, you can you join that game. If there is no availability, you will have to join the next available game or forfeit and receive no refund.
What is the age range?
This is fun for all ages. Children may see something that an adult will completely dismiss. Don't underestimate your children as they were born in the gaming age and have excellent problem solving skills. This is a family owned, family friendly atmosphere.
Is this a scary adventure?
No. This is a family friendly game.
Are there different levels of the game?
Your Game Master will control the game. If you are stumped, the Game Master will give you clues as you request. The Game Master will be watching you via video and can hear you via audio. There will be a television screen that will be used to give hints as needed. A team should agree if a hint is used or not. The Game Master can make it hard or easier depending on your needs.
What if the weather does not permit driving?
You will be refunded or you can reschedule your game. We can't control the weather and we do not want you to put yourself in harm's way.
What if I break a prop?
If you break, you buy. Things that are not part of the game will be labeled. You should not have to force things open/closed.
Can I use my electronic device?
Our first response is to go to google to solve clues. Remember, during the Prohibition period, cell phones do not exist. See rules. It makes it more fun and challenging to solve without outside help.
Do I get a prize if I escape?
Photos are permitted in a designated area. If you are photographing the room or clues, you take out the fun and compromise the game. This is NOT Cool! We want everyone to get the chance to have fun, so please be respectful of that.
