With a nationally recognized chef at the helm, our mission is to serve the best quality ingredients we can find. We have earned accolades from across the country, but in the end the only people who really matter are our guests each day, each meal.
We strive to be the best we can be every day. We created the food scene in Blue Ridge and we plan to continue to grow it by also developing our team of chefs and farmers in the process.
Producers include our own production from The Cook’s Farm, Logan Turnpike Mill, Mercier Orchards, Brasstown Beef, Bramlett Farm Trout, The Chef’s Garden, Springer Mountain Chicken, and Foster’s Produce.
